Irish Coffee – IBA

• Irish whiskey50 ml
• Cold brew coffee120 ml
• Single cream/half-and-half (chilled)50 ml
• Powdered sugar2 bsp

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-heat a glass
2. Pour warm black coffee into the pre-heated glass
3. Add Irish whiskey 50 ml and at least 1 teaspoon of sugar
4. Stir until the sugar is dissolved
5. Carefully float fresh chilled cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon
6. Note: You may replace plain sugar with sugar syrup if desired
