AI Provider
Our AI features are currently powered by the Google Gemini API.
What We Send
To generate responses and maintain natural conversation flow, we send your current question together with a limited portion of recent conversation context.
What We Do Not Send
We do not send your personal identity, installation ID, device identifiers, saved recipes, notes, or photos to the AI provider for AI response generation.
Provider Processing
Google states that prompts, contextual information, and outputs processed through the Gemini API may be retained for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring. Google also states that data logged for abuse monitoring is used for policy enforcement and not to train or fine-tune AI/ML models.

Usage Limits
AI usage is subject to operational limits designed to maintain service stability, fair use, and abuse prevention. Current request limits and related parameters may change over time.
Our Storage
We do not generally store your full AI chat history on our servers. We may temporarily store limited prompts or short excerpts associated with failed, empty, blocked, or clearly low-quality AI responses, together with limited technical metadata, as described in our Privacy Policy.
