How do I restore my Premium subscription?
On iOS, go to your Profile and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored using your Apple ID. On Android, purchases restore automatically when you sign in with the same Google account. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mixiebar.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mixiebar → Cancel. On Android: open Google Play → Subscriptions → Mixiebar → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
