Passoã is a French passion-fruit liqueur built on real passion fruit, with a deep carmine-red color.
Bols Passion Fruit is the closest swap: one for one, at the same 17% and only a little sweeter. To make your own, mix 2 parts vodka, 1 part passion fruit syrup (such as Monin) and 2 parts water. That makes about 16% and 165 g of sugar per liter, close to Passoã's 150. Passoã's red comes from added coloring, so a homemade version turns the drink yellow-orange; a drop of red food coloring fixes that.

Sugar and strength vary widely: Cartron is 25% with about 180 g of sugar per liter. Giffard's crème de fruit de la passion is 16% with about 470 g, so with it, cut the recipe's syrup, if it has any.
The color here is added, and light is what destroys it, so the enemy is the sun and not time. Keep it out of the sun. The passion fruit note fades on the usual fruit-liqueur schedule.
