Cocktails with Passion fruit liqueur
Passion fruit liqueur is a tropical fruit liqueur made by blending passion fruit juice or pulp with a spirit base and sugar.

Substitutes for Passion fruit liqueur
Swaps straight in. Sweeter bottles like De Kuyper will make a slightly sweeter drink.
Purée mix
With no liqueur, use 10 ml of passion fruit purée, 8 ml of vodka, and half a barspoon of 2:1 syrup for each 20 ml.
Passion fruit purée or juice
Used straight without vodka and syrup, it gives a weaker, tarter drink.
Storage
Finish an open bottle within about six months. After that, the passion fruit aroma has faded and it tastes of generic tropical sweetness.
