Cocktails with Peach schnapps
Peach schnapps is a peach-flavored liqueur on a neutral grain spirit, usually clear and strongly sweet.

Substitutes for Peach schnapps
Works one for one: most are 15–20% with roughly 250–300 g of sugar per liter.
Homemade replacement
Without one, peach syrup and vodka in equal parts come close.
Crème de pêche
It is sweeter than most schnapps, so pour about a quarter less.
Peach eau-de-vie and Obstler
A dry fruit spirit with no sugar. Use about half the measure, plus a barspoon of 2:1 syrup for every 15 ml of schnapps called for. In Obstler, the peach fades.
Storage
It will not spoil, but the peach aroma is volatile and fades once the bottle is open. Keep it closed, cool and out of the light. A long-open bottle tastes weaker, not bad.
