• Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)20 ml
• White overproof rum20 ml
• Peach purée15 ml
• Peach schnapps10 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed)20 ml
• Pineapple juice40 ml
• Grenadine syrup10 ml

Garnish

• Pineapple wedge
• Lime wheel
• Mint sprig

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Navy rum 20 ml · White overproof rum 20 ml · Peach purée 15 ml · Peach schnapps 10 ml · Lime juice 20 ml · Pineapple juice 40 ml · Grenadine syrup 10 ml
3. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a lime wheel and a mint sprig
5. Note: Can be scaled up and served from a punch bowl or a large pitcher
