Pink gin is a gin cocktail traditionally made with Plymouth gin and a few dashes of aromatic bitters, or a lightly colored gin. It has a history dating back to the Royal Navy in the 19th century. The pink hue comes from bitters or fruit infusions. Store in a cool, dark place if bottled. Excellent for aromatic, lightly bitter cocktails.
Herbal, slightly bitter, floral.
Stir or shake into gin-forward cocktails. Can be served neat with citrus or in spritzes.
