How it's used
Shaken into the build, it lends color, body, and a tart-sweet fruit note, dosed as a balancing element against sharper acids or stronger spirits; reduced with sugar it becomes a grenadine-style syrup.

A pomegranate-based grenadine thinned to juice consistency, or another tart red fruit juice.
