Pornstar Martini

The Pornstar Martini is a modern passion fruit vodka cocktail: vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, and lime shaken and served up with a side shot of sparkling wine. Tart passion fruit and rounded vanilla dominate, cut by fresh lime and lifted by fizzy wine on the side — a fruit-forward drink for celebrations and nights out.

• Passion fruit (fresh)2 pcs
• Vanilla vodka60 ml
• Passion fruit liqueur15 ml
• Vanilla syrup15 ml
• Lime juice15 ml
• Dry sparkling wine60 ml

Garnish

• Half a passion fruit

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Cut 2 Passion fruit in half
3. Scoop the seeds and flesh of 3 halves into the shaker
4. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice: Vanilla vodka 60 ml · Passion fruit liqueur 15 ml · Vanilla syrup 15 ml · Lime juice 15 ml
5. Fine strain into the chilled glass
6. Float half a passion fruit as a garnish
7. Optionally, separately pour the Dry sparkling wine into the chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail

Tips

• Shake hard for 10-15 seconds with the passion fruit pulp so the seeds and juice fully break out.
• Use vanilla vodka or add vanilla syrup, as this recipe does, for the signature rounded sweetness.
• Serve the sparkling wine chilled in a separate shot glass on the side, not poured into the drink.
• Scoop the pulp from ripe, wrinkled passion fruit; smooth-skinned ones are underripe and too sharp.
