Cocktails with Tonic water
Description
Tonic water is carbonated water infused with quinine, originally developed as a malaria prophylactic. Over time it became a staple mixer, especially with gin. Its light bitterness and effervescence balance spirits and highlight botanicals. Store in a cool place to preserve carbonation.

Usage
