Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake: Grappa 45 ml · Lemon juice 22 ml · Honey syrup 15 ml · Chamomile cordial 15 ml · Egg white 5 ml
3. Strain into the chilled small tumbler glass filled with ice
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a grape
5. Note: If desired water can be replaced by chamomile infusion in the honey mix
