Flavor and color are separable here, and only the color is unusual: any clear orange liqueur tastes the same, and a drop or two of blue coloring puts the look back. If the drink was named for being blue, that is the part to preserve.

Triple Sec / Dry Curaçao

All are orange-peel liqueurs, and blue curaçao is the same style with coloring added; they taste alike, so the choice is only whether the drink comes out blue or clear.

Blue Raspberry

Same blue, berry flavor instead of orange. The drink stays blue and loses its citrus edge — in a Blue Lagoon, put it back with a wedge of lemon or a dash of triple sec.
