Cocktails with Blue Curaçao
Blue Curaçao is an orange liqueur of the curaçao style, tinted vivid blue with food coloring that does not change its flavor.

How it's used
Balance it as you would a clear triple sec. A small pour gives plenty of color, so the blue shows long before the orange does. Over yellow juices like pineapple it turns turquoise rather than blue, as in a Blue Hawaii.

Will do in the same amount, though sugar runs from about 250 to 330 g per liter.
Triple Sec / Dry Curaçao
Orange liqueurs of the same family, left uncolored. A drop of blue food coloring restores the color.
Butterfly pea flower tea
Brewed strong, it turns a drink blue, but acid turns it purple, then pink, so it will not stay blue with citrus.
Blue Raspberry liqueur
Same blue, berry flavor instead of orange: the drink stays blue and loses its citrus edge.
