Be2Me

Shake ∙ 3 min ∙ 8.1% ABV ∙

The Be2Me is a low-ABV blend of Becherovka, yoghurt, blackcurrant sorbet, citrus juices and vanilla syrup, served long in a highball. Creamy and fruity with a warm spiced-herbal undertow from the Becherovka, tart blackcurrant and citrus keeping it from turning heavy — a dessert-leaning sipper for slow afternoons.

Instructions for 1 serving

  1. Pre-chill a glass
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Becherovka liqueur 45 ml · Yoghurt 30 ml · Blackcurrant sorbet 40 ml · Lemon juice 20 ml · Orange juice 20 ml · Vanilla syrup 20 ml
  3. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass
  4. Garnish with a seasonal berry

Tips

  • Shake the yoghurt and sorbet hard with ice so the dairy emulsifies smoothly into the juices, preventing a curdled, grainy texture.
  • Shake hard with ice for a full 15 seconds since the sorbet and yoghurt need vigorous agitation to fully dissolve into the citrus and syrup.
  • Fine-strain into the highball over fresh ice to catch any icy shards from the sorbet that would otherwise dilute the drink unevenly.
  • Add the blackcurrant sorbet slightly softened, not frozen solid, so it blends smoothly rather than clumping during the shake.
