Naked In The Rain is a modern riff on the Naked & Famous that swaps in elderflower liqueur for the yellow Chartreuse, softening the herbal edge with a floral sweetness. It was adapted from a version discovered in June 2024 at Attaboy, the New York City cocktail bar, with the rest of the equal-parts, mezcal-based structure left intact.
The Naked & Famous itself was created in 2011 by bartender Joaquín Simó at Death & Co in New York City, who built it as an equal-parts mezcal riff combining elements of the Last Word and the Paper Plane.
