- Pre-chill a glass
- Scoop the seeds and flesh of Passion fruit 2 pcs into the base of the shaker
- Add the remaining ingredients: Apple juice 60 mlLime juice 15 mlPassion fruit syrup 15 ml
- Shake with ice
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish with half a passion fruit
