St. Kitts Punch is a non-alcoholic tropical punch of pineapple juice, lime, and grenadine topped with ginger ale, shaken and served long over ice. Frothy and bright on the tongue, with a tart edge easing into gentle sweetness and a fizzy, crisp finish that lingers pleasantly.
A classic Caribbean rum punch is built on rum, lime juice, sugar, and a fruit component such as grenadine or fruit juice, often finished with a dash of bitters or nutmeg. St. Kitts Punch follows the same tart-sweet, fruit-forward pattern but leaves out the rum entirely, using pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine topped with ginger ale for a non-alcoholic version of the style.
The traditional formula is often remembered as one part sour (lime), two parts sweet, three parts strong (rum), and four parts weak (juice or water), then finished with grenadine or bitters. St. Kitts Punch uses that same sour-sweet-fruit backbone of lime juice, grenadine, and pineapple juice, but replaces the rum and water with ginger ale, making it alcohol-free.
