
Crème de Cassis is a sweet blackcurrant liqueur from France, first made in the 19th century in Burgundy. It is widely used in cocktails and as a topping for Champagne in a Kir Royale. Store in a cool, dark place. It can also be stirred into sours or used to enhance berry-flavored cocktails.
