Hawaiian Cocktail

The Hawaiian Cocktail is a blended rum drink of coconut rum, white rum, and triple sec with cream of coconut and tropical juices, served in a hurricane glass.

• Triple sec (40%)15 ml
• White rum15 ml
• Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)60 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed)45 ml
• Pineapple juice45 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed)30 ml
• Sugar syrup (2:1)15 ml
• Cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)30 ml

Garnish

• Pineapple wedge
• Maraschino cherry

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Blend all ingredients with 2 scoops crushed ice: Triple sec 15 ml · White rum 15 ml · Coconut rum liqueur 60 ml · Orange juice 45 ml · Pineapple juice 45 ml · Lime juice 30 ml · Sugar syrup 15 ml · Cream of coconut 30 ml
3. Pour into the chilled glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
