- Pre-chill a glass
- Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice: Sauvignon blanc wine 90 mlAperitivo 15 mlPink grapefruit juice 15 mlLemon juice 15 mlSugar syrup 10 ml
- Strain into the ice-filled glass
- Top with Soda water
- Garnish with a lemon slice
- Note: Can be scaled up and served from a punch bowl or a large pitcher
