- Pre-chill a glass
- Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice: Raspberry vodka 40 mlRed bitter 5 mlLemon juice 15 mlGrenadine syrup 10 mlCranberry juice 25 ml
- Strain into the ice-filled glass
- Top with Soda water
- Garnish with a lime wheel
Tips
- Shake only the first five ingredients and add the soda water in the glass, so the drink keeps its fizz.
- Keep the red bitter to the measured 5 ml; it should add a bitter edge under the fruit, not take over.

The Cranberry Collins belongs to the Collins family of tall, carbonated sours, whose lineage traces to the John Collins, a gin, lemon juice, sugar, and soda water drink attested by 1869.
