• Blood orange juice60 ml
• Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)50 ml
• Amaro45 ml
• Sugar syrup (opt.)5 ml

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Squeeze Blood orange juice 60 ml and Pink grapefruit juice 50 ml using a citrus press and Fine strain juice to remove any flesh
3. Add Sugar syrup 5 ml and Blend the citrus juice with Amaro 45 ml at high speed (without ice) until fluffy and frothy
4. Pour into the chilled glass
5. Fill the glass with ice
6. Express an orange twist over the cocktail and discard
7. Garnish with an orange wedge rested across rim
