Will do, though sweetness varies by brand.
Lillet Blanc
Swaps one for one and makes a drier, fruitier drink with a light quinine edge.
With a scant barspoon of 2:1 syrup per 25 ml, it brings the sugar back, but not bianco's vanilla note.
Matches the sweetness but turns the drink red-brown and spicier.

- A legal category, not a style word. At least 75% of the bottle must be wine, flavored with wormwood or another Artemisia, at 14.5% to 22% ABV. Without the Artemisia it is an aromatized wine, not a vermouth.
