- Pre-chill a glass
- In the base of the shaker, muddle: Fresh raspberries 5 pcs
- Add the remaining ingredients: Vanilla vodka 45 mlTriple sec 20 mlLemon juice 20 mlCherry liqueur 15 ml
- Shake with ice and fine strain into the ice-filled glass
- Garnish with raspberries
Tips
- Muddle the raspberries gently, just until they break up; crush them harder and the seeds pull bitterness into the drink.
- Shake hard for a full 12-15 seconds to work the raspberry pulp into the drink and get it properly cold and diluted. Then fine strain over fresh ice in the old-fashioned glass.
