• Cognac (brandy)20 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed)50 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)30 ml
• Orgeat (almond) syrup15 ml

Garnish

• Orange wheel

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Blend all ingredients with ice: Light gold rum 45 ml · Cognac 20 ml · Orange juice 50 ml · Lemon juice 30 ml · Orgeat (almond) syrup 15 ml
3. Add half a scoop of crushed ice and blend again
4. Pour unstrained into the chilled glass
5. Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
