• White balsamic vinegar5 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)15 ml
• Sugar syrup15 ml
• Saline solution2 dashes

• Grated black pepper

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Prepare black pepper and a cherry tomato for garnish
3. In the base of the shaker, Muddle: Cherry tomato 3 pcs
4. Add the remaining ingredients and Shake with ice: Vodka 60 ml · White balsamic vinegar 5 ml · Lemon juice 15 ml · Sugar syrup 15 ml · Saline solution 2 dashes
5. Fine strain into the chilled glass
6. Dust with grinds of black pepper and garnish with a cherry tomato cut to sit on the glass rim
