• Red bitter (e.g., Campari)45 ml
• Cane syrup5 ml
• Orange juice120 ml

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Squeeze Orange juice using a citrus press and Fine strain to remove any flesh
3. Blend the freshly squeezed juice at high speed (without ice) until fluffy and frothy
4. Pour Red bitter 45 ml · Cane syrup 5 ml and half of the Orange juice 120 ml into the glass over 2 cubes of ice and stir
5. Fill the glass with more ice (3 cubes) and fill with the rest of fluffy Orange juice 120 ml
6. Garnish with an orange wedge rested across the rim
