• Jamaican aged rum120 ml
• Passion fruit syrup60 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)60 ml

• Fruit skewer

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Jamaican aged rum 120 ml · Passion fruit syrup 60 ml · Lemon juice 60 ml
3. Strain into the glass filled 2/3 full with crushed ice
4. Churn and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass
5. Garnish with a fruit skewer
6. Serve with a straw
