The Top Banana is a stirred rum cocktail of light gold rum and banana liqueur with small measures of oloroso sherry, falernum and white crème de cacao.

• Light gold rum45 ml
• Banana liqueur10 ml
• Oloroso sherry5 ml
• Falernum liqueur5 ml
• White Crème de Cacao5 ml
• Orange bitters (opt.)1 dash
• Cardamom bitters (opt.)2 dashes
• Chocolate bitters (opt.)2 dashes

Garnish

• Dried banana chip

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Stir all ingredients with ice: Light gold rum 45 ml · Banana liqueur 10 ml · Oloroso sherry 5 ml · Falernum liqueur 5 ml · White Crème de Cacao 5 ml · Orange bitters 1 dash (opt.) · Cardamom bitters 2 dashes (opt.) · Chocolate bitters 2 dashes (opt.)
3. Fine strain into the chilled glass
4. Garnish with a dried banana chip pegged to rim
