• Orange curaçao liqueur10 ml
• Maraschino liqueur10 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed)10 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)10 ml
• Sugar syrup5 ml
• Angostura aromatic bitters2 dashes
• Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml

Garnish

• Orange twist

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Light gold rum 60 ml · Orange curaçao liqueur 10 ml · Maraschino liqueur 10 ml · Lime juice 10 ml · Lemon juice 10 ml · Sugar syrup 5 ml · Angostura aromatic bitters 2 dashes · Egg white 15 ml
3. Strain back into the shaker
4. Dry shake (without ice)
5. Fine strain into the chilled glass
6. Express an orange twist over the cocktail and use as garnish
