• Cognac (brandy)45 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)10 ml
• Brown sugar syrup10 ml
• Boiling water75 ml

Garnish

• Orange twist

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-heat a toddy glass
2. Pour the first 3 ingredients: Cognac 45 ml · Lemon juice 10 ml · Brown sugar syrup 10 ml in warmed glass and stir
3. Top with Boiling water while spoon still in the glass and briefly Stir
4. Express an orange twist over the cocktail and use as garnish
