• Single cream/half-and-half30 ml

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Cognac 30 ml · Crème de Café liqueur 15 ml · Brown crème de cacao 15 ml · Single cream/half-and-half 30 ml · Egg yolk 1/2 pc · Mascarpone cheese 1 bsp
3. Fine strain into the chilled glass
4. Garnish with a chocolate shaving
