• Fino sherry25 ml
• Apple cider (unsweetened)25 ml
• Ginger syrup10 ml
• Dry sparkling wine45 ml

Garnish

• Lime wheel
• Apple slice

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Stir the first 4 ingredients with ice: London dry gin 30 ml · Fino sherry 25 ml · Apple cider (unsweetened) 25 ml · Ginger syrup 10 ml
3. Strain into the ice-filled glass
4. Top with Dry sparkling wine and briefly Stir
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and an apple slice
