The Buona Sera Shot is an equal-parts shaken shooter of amaretto, white rum, and coffee liqueur, fine-strained into a chilled shot glass.

Instructions for 1 serving
- Pre-chill a glass
- Shake all ingredients with ice: Amaretto liqueur 15 mlWhite rum 15 mlCrème de Café liqueur 15 ml
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
Tips
- Shake hard with ice for about 10 seconds; the two liqueurs are thick and take some work to mix with the rum.
- In a 45 ml shot even a slightly heavy pour of one ingredient shows, so measure exactly 15 ml of each.
