• Passion fruit (fresh)1 pc
• London dry gin60 ml
• Cognac (brandy)10 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed)25 ml
• Sugar syrup25 ml
• Angostura aromatic bitters2 dashes

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Cut a Passion fruit 1 pc in half and scoop the flesh into the blender
3. Add the remaining ingredients: London dry gin 60 ml · Cognac 10 ml · Lime juice 25 ml · Sugar syrup 25 ml · Angostura aromatic bitters 2 dashes
4. Blend with a scoop of crushed ice
5. Strain into the chilled glass
6. Note: Can be scaled up and served from a punch bowl or a large pitcher
