History

This shot shares its bourbon, ginger syrup, cinnamon syrup, and lemon juice core with a 2014 shot by New York City bartender Rafa García Febles, who made it for guests asking for shots of commercial cinnamon whiskey. It is a bartender-made alternative built around real ginger and cinnamon syrups and fresh lemon juice rather than that bottled cinnamon whiskey, with pineapple purée added.
