• Red wine90 ml
• Orange juice30 ml
• Lemon juice10 ml
• Sugar syrup5 ml
• Cinnamon syrup5 ml
• Soda water20 ml

Garnish

• Strawberry
• Orange slice
• Lemon slice
• Mint sprig

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Stir the first 7 ingredients with ice: Spanish brandy 15 ml · Orange curaçao liqueur 15 ml · Red wine 90 ml · Orange juice 30 ml · Lemon juice 10 ml · Sugar syrup 5 ml · Cinnamon syrup 5 ml
3. Strain into the ice-filled glass
4. Top with Soda water
5. Garnish with strawberries, orange slices, lemon slices and mint sprigs
