The Desert Cooler is a gin highball: London dry gin, cherry liqueur and fresh orange juice shaken, then strained over ice with ginger beer.

Instructions for 1 serving
- Pre-chill a glass
- Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice: London dry gin 60 mlCherry liqueur 25 mlOrange juice 45 ml
- Strain into the ice-filled glass while also pouring Ginger beer 60 ml
- Garnish with an orange wheel
Tips
- Pour the ginger beer in as you strain, so the two combine without a long stir that flattens the fizz.
