  • Ginger beerGinger beer60 ml

Garnish

  • Lemon sliceLemon slice
  • Orange sliceOrange slice

Instructions for 1 serving

  1. Pre-chill a glass
  2. Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice: Caribbean aged rum 45 ml · Orange curaçao liqueur 15 ml · Lime juice 10 ml · Angostura aromatic bitters 1 dash
  3. Strain into the ice-filled glass charged with half the Ginger beer
  4. Top with the rest of the Ginger beer
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and an orange slice
