Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake the first 7 ingredients with ice: White rum 45 ml · London dry gin 15 ml · Cognac 10 ml · Pisco 10 ml · Orange juice 45 ml · Orgeat (almond) syrup 15 ml · Lemon juice 15 ml
3. Strain into the glass filled with crushed ice
4. Float Oloroso sherry 15 ml
5. Garnish with a mint sprig
