1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Shake: London dry gin 30 ml · Cherry liqueur 15 ml · Orange curaçao liqueur 7 ml · Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur 7 ml · Fresh pineapple juice 120 ml · Lime juice 15 ml · Grenadine syrup 10 ml · Angostura aromatic bitters 2 dashes
3. Strain into the hurricane glass
