Bermuda Rum Swizzle

• Light gold rum30 ml
• Dark rum30 ml
• Falernum liqueur20 ml
• Pineapple juice30 ml
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed)30 ml
• Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)15 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed)15 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)7.5 ml
• Angostura aromatic bitters2 dashes

Garnish

• Pineapple wedge
• Maraschino cherry

Instructions for 1 serving

1. Pre-chill a glass
2. Pour the ingredients into the chilled glass: Light gold rum 30 ml · Dark rum 30 ml · Falernum liqueur 20 ml · Pineapple juice 30 ml · Orange juice 30 ml · Pink grapefruit juice 15 ml · Lime juice 15 ml · Lemon juice 7 1/2 ml · Angostura aromatic bitters 2 dashes
3. Fill the glass 2/3 full with crushed ice
4. Swizzle with a swizzle stick or Churn with a bar spoon
5. Fill the glass with more crushed ice and repeat
6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a skewer
