In a cocktail shaker Muddle a thin slice of Fresh ginger root 1 slice
Pour the remaining ingredients: White rum 30 mlDark rum 30 mlAmaretto liqueur 15 mlHazelnut liqueur 5 mlMaraschino liqueur 5 mlPassion fruit purée 30 mlLime juice 30 ml
Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain into the chilled tiki glass filled with pebbled ice
Garnish with a fruit skewer and dehydrated pineapple
