History

The F-16 Shot is one of many variants of the layered B-52, keeping its coffee liqueur and Irish cream but replacing the orange liqueur with white rum, and taking its name from a fighter jet rather than the bomber that named its parent. The B-52 itself is generally dated to the 1970s, though its origin is disputed.
