  1. Pre-chill a glass
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice: Caribbean aged rum 30 ml · Tequila blanco 30 ml · Lemon juice 15 ml · Lime juice 15 ml · Sugar syrup 15 ml · Agave syrup 10 ml · Orange bitters 2 dashes · Egg white 15 ml
  3. Strain back into the shaker
