Pre-chill a glass
Pour all ingredients into the ice-filled glass: London dry gin 30 mlBasil cordial 60 mlDry sparkling wine 50 ml

Tips

Build directly in the chilled wine glass over fresh ice, adding the sparkling wine last to preserve carbonation and prevent over-dilution.
