Instructions for 1 serving

  1. Pre-chill a glass
  2. Shake the first 6 ingredients with ice: London dry gin 45 ml · White Crème de Cacao 45 ml · Orange blossom water 5 ml · Vanilla extract/essence 5 ml · Egg white 30 ml · Single cream/half-and-half 30 ml
  3. Strain back into the shaker
  4. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass
  6. Top with Dry sparkling wine slowly poured into the glass from a height to create and raise thick foamy head
  7. Garnish with a chocolate piece on the rim
